Welcome All My Emotions

Each Gentle Wish is a starting point for a conversation with the Universe. Read the words as written, or reshape them until they match what you feel in your heart.

 

There is no such thing as a good or bad emotion. Whatever arises in me belongs.

I welcome every feeling that needs space to move through me.

I open my heart. I ask my subconscious to allow me to feel what I need to feel, safely and fully. Thank you for trying to protect me. For this time, you can relax. You don’t need to distract me with pain, anxiety, or circular thoughts. I am here. I am listening.

I understand that I can’t selectively feel. If I numb what I label “bad,” I numb what I call “good.” So I choose honesty. I choose wholeness.

I honor my capacity to feel the full spectrum of being human.

Whatever comes—grief, fear, anger, joy, tenderness, aliveness—I welcome it. I will sit with it for as long as it needs.

In doing so, I return to expansion. I learn. I soften. I become present.
